The Accelerator WG collects information on the accelarator that can rapidly amplify the ability of the computer, and aims to promote use to the biological information processing mainly.

Pharmaco Informatics Working Group

The Pharmaco Informatics WG discusses technology trends concerning the speed-up of efficient calculation algorithms of a large-scale molecular simulation, the candidate compound screening, and the drug clearance prediction, and supports the research related to the drug developments of making and the exchange of prototype software. Medical Informatics Working Group

The Medical Informatics WG does the activity that consolidates information on new information processing technology that can correspond to the speed-up of the DNA sequence sequencing and shares. The WG aims to rouse the necessity of the information technology including a large-scale, parallel calculation through it, and to develop demand. (Chief Teruyoshi Hishiki)
